When should an outcomes measurement study be conducted?
CME LLC will conduct broad needs assessment research to determine where gaps exist between actual clinician knowledge and desired/optimal knowledge. Based on the needs assessment and the identified gaps, a customized study is conducted that may include a pre- and post-activity questionnaire and/or a follow-up initiative that measures changes in skills, attitude and behavior and the impact on the clinicians’ performance in their practice.
